How It Works:

Standard prints up to 16x20 are scanned using flatbed scanners for optimal clarity and preservation. We clean each photo with compressed air to remove loose dust or debris. We do not retouch or remove embedded scratches, fading, or stains as part of the standard service—though enhanced restoration is available upon request.

Photos are scanned at 600 DPI by default, which supports print enlargements up to 22x28. Higher resolutions are available for archiving or publication purposes. All scans are returned in organized folders and can be delivered digitally or on a USB drive.

How to Prepare Your Photos for Scanning:

Getting organized up front results in better digital results later.

• Group photos into bundles by date, event, or subject.
• Remove sticky notes, paperclips, and adhesives.
• Remove photos from albums or frames prior to drop-off.
• We scan images in the order received unless otherwise requested.
